Pam Yoo serves as the Chief Strategy Officer of USPI, where she leads a team of strategy, business development, and service line development professionals across the portfolio. She guides the Company’s corporate strategy and approach to consistent, high acuity growth.
Prior to her current role, Pam served as Vice President of Corporate Development for USPI, where she played a pivotal role in overseeing special projects and managing the integration office. Prior to her tenure as Vice President, she held the position of Chief Strategy Officer for San Ramon, a Tenet Healthcare acute care market.
Before joining Tenet, Pam worked for several healthcare organizations, including Sutter Health and UCSF Health in roles focused on development, strategy, and operations.
Pam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Davis. She has been named a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) by the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
